Dianella tasmanica "Variegata" white:

This plant is easy to grow with a strong and attractive variegation in the leaf. It is drought tolerant but looks better with sufficient water. Small blue flowers in summer followed by turquoieze berries. Likes a rich soil. Because of neat growth habit  is excellant next to water features and pools. Provide half shade in hot areas though does well in full sun in cooler areas. Hardy to about -10C (14F).
